What is Design Loops?

We follow the concept of the Design Loops Framework. Design Loops combines strategic foresight, systems thinking, and design thinking to uncover human-centric insights, spot future opportunities, and drive transformational change.

Elements of Design Loops

There are five loops in the Design Loops Framework. Each Loop represents a phase in the foresight-driven design process. After completing each loop, we continue building initiatives to solve wicked problems plaguing your organisation.

Step 1: Research

Loop 01: Research

Conduct daily horizon scanning and market analysis to identify organisational trends and drivers. Hold Internal stakeholder discussions to plan and conduct user research.

Step 4: Design

Loop 04: Design

Create a portfolio of initiatives and solutions. Take feedback from clients and users to reiterate recommended strategies.

Step 2: Define

Loop 02: Define

Undertake Ecosystem Analysis, quantify data for insights, develop personas, and redefine client problem statements.

Step 5: Deliver

Loop 05: Deliver

Finalise strategic recommendations, create an implementation plan and deliver final design deliverables.

Step 3: Anticipte

Loop 03: Anticipate

Facilitate scenario development workshops and exercises to develop images of the future and use these insights in ideation and brainstorming sessions.

Finally, Launch

Finally, Launch!

With final deliverables prepared, it's time to launch our initiatives to success!

Why Design Loops are important?

Design Loops Framework offers us an opportunity to combine design thinking with systems thinking and foresight to build a collaborative process based on co-creation, feedback and realigning strategies to align with organisational goals and user needs.

As the saying goes, we don't design for ourselves but for others...
