Product Definition
Designing the Startup Program
The DappLooker Startup Program was designed to provide 3-6 months of complimentary platform access, along with exclusive partner credits. The program specifically targeted early-stage startups, offering them advanced analytics tools to optimize their projects. Eligibility criteria, the application process, and automation systems were developed to ensure smooth onboarding and scalability.
Automation and Scalability
The program’s processes were automated to manage applications and distribute resources efficiently. Predefined email templates and resource codes were used to streamline communications, allowing startups to quickly access the tools they needed while maintaining flexibility for specific requirements.
